- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1/2 lb pepperoni slices
- 1 lb ground beef
- 24 oz marinara sauce
- 2 cups mozzarella, shredded
- 1/2 cup parmesan, grated
- 16 oz penne pasta
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
Method
- Cook pasta al dente, drain
- Brown meats and bell pepper
- Mix pasta, meats, and sauce
- Transfer to baking dish
- Top with cheeses and seasoning
- Bake at 375°F for 25 minutes
- Broil 2 minutes for bubbly top
