Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes

Great dish for any family dinner or invited guests.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 lb small red potatoes, quartered
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the quartered potatoes until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; stir until the butter melts and the garlic is fragrant.
- Return the steak to the skillet with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and stir to coat everything evenly in the garlic butter.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
- Serve hot, ideally with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
