Skillet Garlic Butter Steak & Potatoes

Great dish for any family dinner or invited guests.

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced steak and cook until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the quartered potatoes until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
  4. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet; stir until the butter melts and the garlic is fragrant.
  5. Return the steak to the skillet with the potatoes. Season with salt and pepper and stir to coat everything evenly in the garlic butter.
  6. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley.
  7. Serve hot, ideally with a side salad or steamed vegetables.
