Balsamic Grilled Flank Steak Caprese

- 1 lb flank steak
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Season flank steak with salt and pepper. Grill for 5–7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your preferred doneness.
- Let the steak rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- In a bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then toss gently.
- Slice steak thinly against the grain.
- Arrange steak on a plate and top with the Caprese mixture.
