
Ham and Cheese Croissants

Enjoy this great dish and serve for breakfast or brunch
Ingredients
- 8 croissants, split open
- 8 slices deli ham
- 8 slices Swiss cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spread the inside of each croissant half with a thin layer of softened butter.
- On the bottom half of each croissant, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
- Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the mustard on each croissant.
- Put the top half of the croissant on and press down gently.
- Place the stuffed croissants on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the croissants are lightly browned.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley.
- Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
