Ham and Cheese Croissants

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spread the inside of each croissant half with a thin layer of softened butter.
  3. On the bottom half of each croissant, spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard.
  4. Place a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the mustard on each croissant.
  5. Put the top half of the croissant on and press down gently.
  6. Place the stuffed croissants on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the croissants are lightly browned.
  8. Remove from oven and sprinkle with dried parsley.
  9. Allow to cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
