
Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

An easy meal to cook up when feeling lazy
Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork chops (½ inch thick)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Combine Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
- Rub pork chops with olive oil.
- Coat each pork chop thoroughly with the cheese and bread crumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Place pork chops on pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Serve warm.
