
Sausage Biscuit Bites

A simple and delicious treat for breakfast or brunch!
Ingredients
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy)
- 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 2 cans (16.3 oz each) refrigerated biscuits (e.g., Pillsbury Grands)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain any excess grease.
- Mix Filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked sausage, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and garlic powder (if using). Mix until well blended.
- Prepare the Biscuits: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle. Place a heaping tablespoon of the sausage mixture in the center of each circle.
- Seal the Bites: Fold the edges of the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
