Delicious Cheesy Meat Pockets

Easy to make for lunch or dinner. The kids will love this!

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C); line a baking sheet.
  2. Sauté onion in a drizzle of olive oil for 3-4 min; add garlic for 1 min.
  3. Add meat; cook until browned (5-7 min), drain fat, then stir in paprika, salt, & pepper. Let cool slightly, then mix in cheese.
  4. Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface; cut into 8 squares. Spoon meat mixture onto each square and fold to seal (use egg wash to secure).
  5. Place on tray, brush tops with egg wash, and bake for 20-25 min until golden. Garnish with parsley if desired.
