
Cheddar Parmesan Garlic Butter Chicken with Creamy Penne Pasta

A hearty dinner for the entire family or with friends
Ingredients
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a skillet with butter until golden and cooked through. Remove and keep warm.
- In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter until fragrant. Add cream and broth, then stir in cheddar and Parmesan until creamy and smooth.
- Toss in cooked pasta and chicken. Mix until well coated.
- Garnish with parsley and extra cheese.
