Ingredients

  • 1 pound rigatoni, cooked and drained
  • 2 jars (24 oz each) spaghetti sauce
  • 1 pound ground beef or sausage, browned
  • 3 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (divided: 1 cup + 2 cups)
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  1. In a large bowl, combine cooked rigatoni, spaghetti sauce, browned meat, 1 cup mozzarella, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  2. Spread mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch casserole dish. Top with remaining 2 cups mozzarella.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  4. For a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes, watching carefully.
