Method

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, black pepper, and salt until well combined. Place the chicken thighs in a large resealable bag or a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are well coated.
