
Crockpot Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs beef sirloin or stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 1/2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place beef cubes and halved baby potatoes in the crockpot.
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, thyme, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Pour over beef and potatoes.
- Add beef broth, then stir everything to coat well.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or on HIGH for 3–4 hours, until beef is tender and potatoes are cooked through.
- Stir gently before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
