
Surf and Turf Pasta Delight

Surf's up with this fan favorite meal for dinner!
Ingredients
- For the Steak and Shrimp:
- 1 ribeye or sirloin steak
- 8 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For the Pasta:
- 8 oz linguine or fettuccine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Garnish:
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil linguine in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare the Steak: Season steak with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook steak to your desired doneness. Set aside to rest.
- Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and tender.
- Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, melt butter, then stir in cream and Parmesan cheese. Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss with cooked pasta.
- Assemble the Dish: Plate the pasta, place the steak on top, and arrange shrimp around the steak. Garnish with fresh parsley.
